(AGE) has prepared the 15Lrfe
enclosed Work Plan Addendum for 15406 South Tracy Boulevard near Stockton, California.A work
plan for the installation of three groundwater monitoring wells was submitted to the San Joaquin S'cznlPlE'S
County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division PHS-EHD in June 1998. Due to ? Soil boring
will be obtained prior to initiation of drilling at the site.
It Ce C6,_(
SAMPLE COLLECTION AiJ- 'y e ST I r zv SLlnp 5 ;:
A total of six soil probe borings (probings) will be advanced for the collection of soil an grab water
samples.
