Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. <br /> SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> FACILITY BACKGROUND <br /> The site is operating as an aerial agricultrural chemical application service for many years. The <br /> facility formerly utilized a 10,000-gallon underground storage tank (UST) for the storage of avation <br /> fuel. The actual date of installation of the tank is not known. The UST was removed in May 1990. <br /> Very low levels of BTEX were detected in a soil and groundwater sample collected from the UST <br /> excavation. <br /> WORK PLAN <br /> Task One: Advance up to three (3) soil borings using a truck mounted Geoprobe 5400 direct <br /> push drilling rig to'idepths of approximately 15 feet below ground surface in the area of the former <br /> UST to determine current concentrations of residual soil contamination resulting from past site <br /> operations and to determine if groundwater has been impacted by an unauthorized release. <br /> Task Two: Collect sail samples from each boring at minimum 5-foot intervals for logging and <br /> submittal to a sta", rtified laboratory for analysis.
