P
The proposal includes plans to surface-seal the cured pavement with an
approved asphalt emulsion. The proposed use does not appear to pose a
threat to water quality. Therefore, we do not object to the hydrocarbon ;
impacted soil being recycled in this manner. However, please note that we
have not reviewed the proposal for compliance with local building codes.
f
If the proposed reuse is approved by the county, we recommend that the
area of reuse be inspected on an annual basis to evaluate the performance
of the material .
If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 361-5731 .
THOMAS D.
