NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that acorrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 1 W. Turner Rd. , in the City of Lodi (APN 041-250-26) on the north <br /> side of the intersection of Turner Rd. and Sacramento St. , has been <br /> reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health ' Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for <br /> mitigation of hazardous substances '�which contaminated the site due <br /> to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health ',,Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup'tof the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Lodi Public Library, and PHS/EHD,I, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, <br /> Stockton, California, during norma 1, working hours, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5: 00 <br /> p.m. If a written request by any member of the public for a public <br /> hearing is not received by PHS/EHD,jby June 13, 1992 the tentative <br /> decision shall become final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in ',',writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 2009, Stockton, ' 95201.
