Re: Soil Remediation Work Plan
_T W. Turner—Road,—Lodi ,—CA
Fifth: Actual mixing process will take 10 days to 2 weeks. After
a relative amount of time, perhaps 7 days, a preliminary set of
soil samples will be taken to monitor the remediation process.
Non-detectable levels of hydrocarbon will be strived for; however,
levels of less than 100 ppm with no benezene, toluene, ethylbenezene,
and xylene will be acceptable according to page 29 "Leaching Potential
Analyses" in the LUFT manual . In the final analyses, 10 samples,
using a minimum of 8 composits per sample, will be used in determining
the levels remaining in the pile. Composits will be taken from the
pile systematically on a grid spaged evenly over the piles. The exact
grid can be laid out after the new piles are built.
Sixth: After remediation and acceptance by the lead agency, all soil
will remain on site and be used in the developement planned for this
location.
Extimated total amount of time to complete the entire remediation
work is 60 to 120 days from start up.
T & T Earth Services, Jackson, CA (209) 267-0903 will be the
analytical laboratory. Terra Enviornmental will supply the final
report for county approval . Technical information regarding microbe
function will be supplied by Terra Environmental .
Respectfully submitted,
FORD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC.
JII RP OIL, NC.
is and Thorpe, 0 ner Repreeentative
Attachments:
A.
