On April 4, 1988, the three monitoring wells <br /> were developed by hand bailing to clean the sand pack and <br /> rehabilitate the formation at the well 'bore. The monitoring well <br /> installations were conducted. in accordance with GTI's SOP 13 (see <br /> Appendix II) . <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> The three monitoring wells were monitored on April 4, and <br /> April 21, 1988 to determine the depth to water and the presence <br /> of free product, if any (see Table 1, Groundwater Monitoring <br /> Data) . The monitoring was conducted in accordance with GTI's SOP <br /> 8 (see Appendix II) . Tn addition, the wells were surveyed to an <br /> arbitrary datum for elevation control . The monitoring data were <br /> _-, utilized in conjunction with the surveying results to determine <br /> the elevation_ of groundwater within each of the three monitoring <br /> wells.
