We have found the plan inadequate and are <br /> discontinuing our review as the work plan does not specificatly address or define the tateral and vertical extent of soil <br /> and/or groundwater contamination. <br /> We suggest that you submit a revised workplan which will fully define the extent of groundwater and/or soil contamination at <br /> this site so a complete and eocprehensive problem assessment report can be developed, <br /> The revised workplan should include the laboratory resuEts of all previous investigations conducted at the above mentioned <br /> site. The workplan sna prepare u er t e stamp or sea[—of a register Seo o,ist or certified engineering go6logts[, <br /> or registered engineer (state of California Registration), as the workplan should address the groundwater quality at the <br /> site. <br /> y The excavated 1250 cubic yards of soil noted at the above mentioned f"ility is to be covered with polyvisquine until such <br /> time that its nature and disposition is addressed in an addended workplan. <br /> Assessment workplans and/or reports should fellow the Fri-Regional Palley Guidelines for Initial Evaluation and investigation <br /> of Underground Storage Tanks and/or reronTrendations in the LUFT Field Manual. <br /> included is a Report Review Check List which highlights the deficiencies noted in the above referenced workplan.
