' <br /> Lodi , CA95241 <br /> Re: Addendum to ISC Winery Report <br /> ��n�Dl`1�r:EMAl1 i:htTr <br /> Dear Mr. Thorpe: 'PA471SCrF, -rte <br /> Attached are three copies of the Addendum to the ISC Winery <br /> report. <br /> We find that all contaminated soil has been removed from the <br /> excavation and is still stored on-site, waiting for remedi- <br /> ation. <br /> We also find that ;he groundwater has not been impacted and <br /> that no further efforts regarding danger to groundwater are <br /> required. <br /> As you are aware, a final soil remediation plan is still re- <br /> quired. <br /> - We recommend that the excavation be filled as soon as is <br /> feasible to protect unauthorized persons that enter the site <br /> from possible harm; and to protect the groundwater from <br /> casual spills etc. that might occur during soil remediation. <br /> The three monitoring wells will eventually need to be plugged <br /> with cement. Hunter do Associates do not feel that they are <br /> of further use or that you should be required to do further <br /> testing on these wells.
