(ATC) is working under contract with AT&T to perform a quarterly
groundwater monitoring investigation at the AT&T facility located at 90 West Turner Road, Lodi,
California.
F The report presents the findings of Report No. 4 for groundwater analyses of samples taken from this
site. This sampling event indicated that diesel fuel, or its volatile constituents, were not detected in the
three groundwater wells constructed in the immediate vicinity of a former diesel fuel underground
storage tank.
ATC has completed four quarters of groundwater monitoring and sampling at the site. No further
monitoring of site wells is planned. Analytical testing of water samples collected throughout these four
rounds has found no detected 'concentrations of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes
(BTEC or methyl tert butyl ether(MTBE). Total petroleum hydrocarbons—diesel fuel(TPH-D)was
detected once at a concentration of 150 micrograms per liter (ug/1-) in well MW3. All other water
samples were found to have no detected concentrations of TPH-D. Based upon these.analytical
results, ATC requests closure of this UST removal site from the Public Health Services San Joaquin
County, Environmental Health Division and from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control
Board.
I
E
