AT&T—Lodi,Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report No 3 <br /> ATC Project No 75 75128 0001 <br /> October 4,2001 <br /> SThe groundwater elevations for wells MW 1 through MW3 measured at the time of this sampling event indicated <br /> that the groundwater flow direction is to the southwest, as illustrated on Figure 2, at a gradient of approximately <br /> 0 004 The groundwater gradient was calculated by geometric methods,i e,a three-point problem <br /> ATC will continue the quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling at the site The next quarterly monitoring <br /> will occur in Septernber 2001 <br /> 7.0 LE%UTATIONS AND ASSUMPTIONS <br /> ATC's professional services were performed, findings obtained and recommendations prepared in accordance <br /> with customary principles and practices in the fields of environmental science and engineering Thus warranty is <br /> in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied ATC is not responsible for the independent <br /> tconclusions, opinions or recommendations made by others based on the records reviewed, site inspection, field <br /> exploration and/or laboratory data presented in this report- <br /> It should be noted that all environmental assessments are inherently tmuted in the sense that conclusions are <br /> drawn and recommendations developed from information obtained from limited research and site evaluation <br /> Subsequent field investigations may diger from the conditions defined by this investigation Additionally, the <br /> passage of time may result in a change in the environmental characteristics at this site and surrounding properties <br /> This report is not a regulatory compliance audit <br /> All specific data generated and reports written for this project are the proprietary information of AT&T and will <br /> only be released to AT&T unless otherwise directed by law These data are for the sole use and reliance of <br /> AT&T The results presented in any oral or written reports are based upon the mfonination acquired during this <br /> investigation ATC considers business considerations set forth in this document to be the proprietary and <br /> confidential information of ATC This report and the information contained herein shall not be used for any <br /> purpose other than as specifically stated in this report and shall not be disclosed to any other party without ATC's <br /> written consent <br /> It must be noted that no investigation can absolutely rule out the existence of any hazardous materials at a given <br /> site This assessment was based upon prior site history and observable conditions and activities Existing <br />' hazardous materials and contaminants can escape detection using these methods <br /> The work performed in conjunction with this assessment and the data developed are intended as a description of <br />' available information at the dates and location given Tlus report does not warrant against future operations or <br /> conditions,nor does it warrant against operations or conditions present of a type or at a location not investigated <br /> 6 <br />
