' AT&T -Lodi <br /> ATC Project No 75 75128 0001 <br /> Page 8, January 19, 2001 <br /> ' 6.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> ' AT&T installed three groundwater quality monitoring wells at the subject AT&T, rrucrowave relay <br /> facility Groundwater samples collected from these wells were found to have no detected concentration <br /> of TPH-D, BTEX, or MTBE One composite soil sample collected from soil cuttings derived from <br /> ' well installation was found to have no detected concentrations of TPH-D, TPH-G, BTEX, or MTBE <br /> The groundwater elevations for wells MW-I through MW-3 measured at the time of this sampling <br /> event indicated that the groundwater flow direction is to the south, as illustrated on Figure 3, at a <br /> gradient of approximately 0 002 The groundwater gradient was calculated by geometric methods, i e, <br /> ' a three-point problem <br /> ATC will continue the quarterly groundwater sampling The next quarterly monitoring will occur in <br /> ' March 2001 <br /> 7.0 LIMITATIONS AND ASSUMPTIONS <br /> ATC's professional services were performed, findings obtained and recommendations prepared in <br /> accordance with customary principles and practices in the fields of environmental science and <br /> engineering This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied ATC is not <br /> ' responsible for the independent conclusions, opinions or recommendations made by others based on <br /> the records reviewed, site inspection, field exploration and/or laboratory data presented in this report <br /> It should be noted that all environmental assessments are inherently Iiimited in the sense that <br /> conclusions are drawn and recommendations developed from information obtained from limited <br /> ' research and site evaluation Subsequent field investigations may differ from the conditions defined by <br /> this investigation Additionally, the passage of time may result in a change in the environmental <br /> characteristics at this site and surrounding properties This report is not a regulatory compliance audit <br /> All specific data generated and reports written for this project are the proprietary information of AT&T <br />' and will only be released to AT&T unless otherwise directed by law These data are for the sole use <br /> and reliance of AT&T The results presented in any oral or written reports are based upon the <br /> information acquired during this investigation ATC considers business considerations set forth in this <br /> document to be the proprietary and confidential information of ATC This report and the information <br /> contained herein shall not be used for any purpose other than as specifically stated in this report and <br /> shall not be disclosed to any other party without ATC's written consent <br /> It must be noted that no investigation can absolutely rule out the existence of any hazardous materials <br /> at a given site This assessment was based upon prior site history and observable conditions and <br /> activities Existing hazardous materials and contaminants can escape detection using these methods <br /> 1 <br />
