(Delta) The report summarizes previous environmental <br /> investigation work performed at the former location of three diesel No_ 6 beating oil tanks at the <br /> subject site Also, the report summarizes the Leaching Potential Analyses performed by the County <br /> of San Joaquin Public Health Department(County) and Delta. The environmental investigation work <br /> and the Leaching Potential Analyses have been presented in previous correspondences Finally, the <br /> report presents the results of General Risk Appraisals Delta has performed for toluene, xylenes, and <br /> ethylbenzene concentrations in soil beneath the former tank Iocation. <br /> The following conclusions are presented in the enclosed report: <br />' • Luft screening has been misinterpreted by the County to indicate that further infield <br /> investigation or remediation is required, <br /> A General Risk Appraisals indicate that removal of soil with concentrations of toluene, <br /> xylenes, and ethylbenzene beneath the former storage tank location is not required, and <br />' .
