RECOMMENDATIONS <br />' Based on the findings of this Investigation, AGE recommends <br />' 0 Continuation of the quarterly ground water monitoring program, as required by the EHD <br /> • Preparation of a work plan with the following scope of work Initiate Interim soil vapor <br /> extraction near the former UST area, monitoring well MW-4 and MW-6 along with limited <br /> air-sparging in the areas of wells MW-4 and MW-6 and to define the vertical extent of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons-impacted soil and ground water and the western and southwestern <br /> lielateral extent of petroleum hydrocarbon-Impacted ground water <br /> 6.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based upon <br /> analytical results provided by an Independent laboratory Evaluation of the geologic/hydrogeologic <br /> conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation was made from a limited number of <br /> available data points(Ie ground water samples)and subsurface conditions may vary away from these <br /> data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional interpretations, <br /> opinions and recommendations contained III this report <br /> I <br /> I <br /> Advanced GeoPnvironmental,Inc <br /> I <br />
