No notification was made to the EHD and a <br /> permit was not obtained from the EHD. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Emergency repairs relating to UST system monitoring and release detection may be <br /> performed by a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor pursuant to the EHD's policy and a permit <br /> obtained within one business day from the EHD.
