Iour review. r understand derstand the fieldwork wily
l
take place on Novembei 29 and 30, 2010.
Permit 0061497 was iss led today for the installation of one deep well (MW-14)screened between 80 and
100 feet below surface rade (bsg). I reviewed an email correspondence dated August 21, 2008,from
you. In the email you st ited that if groundwater was found to be contaminated in the deeper CPT2 grab
groundwater samples, ten a deeper well in the former UST area was warranted. The grab groundwater
analytical results from t CPT2 investigation were non-detect except for the presence of 1,2-DCA at 28
ug/L for a grab groundwater collected at 57-60 feet bsg. If you feel the deep well should be screened
deeper than 80 -100 feet bsg, let me know so that we can discuss this matter. I understand the fieldwork
will take place on December 1, 2010, so please let me know if you disagree with the deep well being
screened between 80 - 100 feet bsg.
Thank you,Ally.
Vicki McCartney, Senior LEHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health De artment
600 East Main Street
Stockton,California 952C 1
11/23/2010
