(AGE), to delay until the fourth quarter 2009, installing one deep <br /> monitor well, screene between approximately eighty and one-hundred feet below surface <br /> grade, and monitoring and sampling all on-site wells. The EHD also approved a reduction in <br /> the frequency of-monit ring and sampling wells at your site, the number of wells sampled, and <br /> the groundwater analy es reported, effective January 1, 2010. <br /> To date, the EHD has not received the report of findings from monitoring and sampling the <br /> wells at your site durin 3 the fourth quarter 2009; nor has the deep well approved by the EHD <br /> been installed in thea a where the underground storage tank was removed. <br /> If the wells at your sitE were not sampled during the fourth quarter 2009, and have not been <br /> sampled during the first quarter 2010, then those wells on a semi-annual sampling schedule <br /> (MW-3, MW-5, MW-6 MW-8B, MW-10A, MW-11A and B, MW-12A, EX-1 and EX-2) and <br /> those wells on an annL al sampling schedule (MW-7, MW-8A, and MW-9B) must be monitored <br /> and sampled during Me second quarter 2010.
