SITE CODE: 1266
1607 Turnpike ILoad
Stockton, CA 9' 206-1960
San Joaquin County En vironmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed Work Plan Addendum
dated April 3, 2007, pri pared and submitted by Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) on your
behalf for the above-re renced site. In this work plan, AGE proposes modifying the scope of work
previously approved by HD by letter dated May 7, 2002,that includes reducing the time interval for
conducting the constant ate pumping test from forty-eight hours to twenty-four hours; and relocating
one temporary observat on well from 30 feet north of extraction well EX-1 to 30 feet northwest of
EX-1.
EHD approves the mod fications presented by AGE in the above-referenced work plan. However,
EHD believes the two t porary observation wells need to have the same well construction as EX-1
with screening intervals from 15 to 35 feet below ground surface. Also, these observation wells must
be developed prior to c ducting the groundwater pumping test. If the temporary observation wells
can not be developed us ng the currently approved construction, then you must submit a modification
to the work plan to insta 1 permanent monitoring wells in place of temporary wells. Please respond to
EHD comments by June 22, 2007.
If you have any questio ,please contact Vicki McCartney at(209)468-9852 or by electronic mail at
vmccartney@sjcehd.co .
Donna Heran,REHS,Dj rector ( /
Environmental Health partm/Jent
Victoria L.
