Marty'
Subject: Comfort Air, 1507 Turnpike Rd., Stockton CA
Hi Vicki,
Just wanted to reiterate our conversation from yesterday. The tank fund only
allocated 35K for 2omfort Air during the 2012-13 fiscal year Some of that
money has been spent on ground water monitoring and permitting for
installation of the remediation system. The remaining 35K will be utilized to
purchase some or all of the equipment from the manufacturer. In the
meantime, AGE ill continue to monitor ground water monitoring wells as
required by the E D.
We are currently waiting for the tank fund to approve our change order
request, which was submitted in December 2012. The change order request
will be enough to cover installation, equipment and start-up costs. As soon as
we hear anything from the tank fund, I will be sure to contact you.
Please let me kn w if you have any questions. Thanks - Tim
Timothy J.
