The tank
fund only allocat d 35K for Comfort Air during the 2012-13 fiscal year
Some of that mo ey has been spent on ground water monitoring and
permitting for installation of the remediation system. The remaining
35K will be utiliz d to purchase some or all of the equipment from the
manufacturer. In the meantime, AGE will continue to monitor ground
water monitoring wells as required by the EHD.
We are currently waiting for the tank fund to approve our change order
request, which w s submitted in December 2012. The change order
request will beenough to cover installation, equipment and start-up
4/17/2013
