Project shall primarily focus on the testing of various retail wastes, including but not limited to, <br /> surfactants, sunscreens, lotions and health care products. In determining the products to be <br /> tested as part of the RWATT Project, the District Attorney's Offices of San Joaquin, Fresno, <br /> Yolo and Solano, may consult with retail waste generators and hazardous waste regulators, <br /> including but not limited to Department of Toxic Substance Control ("DTSC"), CUPAs and the <br /> CUPA Forum in determining some of the products to be tested. Results of the RWATT Project <br /> will be made available to retail waste generators. Protocols for the gathering of the samples, <br /> potential peer review and the methods for sharing testing data with the retail waste generators <br /> may be discussed with other DTSC, CUPAs and the CUPA Forum. <br /> X All payments due as specified in this Exhibit C are payable on or before April 1, 2013. <br /> Yx If the payment provided by SAVE MART is accepted by a designated entity, the designated <br /> entity shall provide, until the exhaustion of the funds, annual letter reports describing the specific <br /> use of the funds. The annual letter reports shall be submitted to the Plaintiff's representatives <br /> identified in this Stipulation for Entry of Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction. <br /> Exhibit C to Stipulation for Entry of Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction in People v.
