They supply the oil, filters and all parts needed for service. Since they supply filters, Monica asked Ralph our contact at Busch to please take filters with him and dispose per his company policies. I will try to get my hands on their policy. Violation 406: Monica has instructed Lowry to leave proof of removal of empty drums in our invoices. I can then obtain this info through our accounting team. I would be happy to provide proof at our next opportunity. Our contact at Busch Is Ralph; Cell #408-890-8454. As mentioned, I will try to get more info regarding how they are disposing of these filters. The following require more information: Violation 102: Is Busch a Registered Hazardous Waste Transporter? I cannot find that company in the registered hazardous waste hauler list. If they are not a registered hazardous waste transporter, then they cannot transport hazardous waste, including used metal oil filters. Can you provide a receipt/invoice from Busch, it may provide more information so I can find out if they are registered. Violation 406: Response states that empty drums were hauled off by Lowry. Can you provide a disposal receipt for the removal of the empty drums. The most recent disposal receipt did not have empty drums on it. I hope this email helps.
