<br />[table law. The following provision is applicable to
<br />:y-Klecn's parts cleaner alto paint gun cleaner services: Customer
<br />a that it will not introduce any substance into the solvent or
<br />ms cleaning solution, including without limitation any hazardous
<br />hazardoup waste constituent, except to the extent such
<br />-nn is incidental to the normal use of the machine. Customer
<br />agrees that it will root clean parts/paint guns that have been
<br />�Cui:,aced with or otherwise introduce polychlorinateA biphenyls
<br />:), herbicides, pesticides, dioxins or listed hazardous waste
<br />the solvent or aqueous cleaning solution. Safety-Kleen has the
<br />:ity and is permitted to accept. store, and/ar reclaim the spent
<br />. washer solvent; paint thinners, solvents and paints generated by
<br />aver; or dry cleaning filter cartridges, powder, and still
<br />Wes containing parchloreethyiene, petroleum naphtha, or
<br />urotrichloroethane dry cleaning solvents. Customer agrees that it
<br />rsponsible for properly classifying its waste streams as Used Oil
<br />nhazardous Waste in accordance with the provision of 40 CFR
<br />1 and applicable state laws. Customer agrees that it will not
<br />duce any non -conforming substance into the SK Property,
<br />ding, without limitation, any hazardous waste or hazardous waste
<br />itueFit, (i.e., polychlorinated biphenyls ("PCBs"), herbicides,
<br />tides, dioxins, or listed hazardous wastes) except to the extent
<br />introduction is incidental to the normal use of the SK Property.
<br />e event of the introduction of such non -conforming hazardous
<br />, Customer agrees that it will be responsible for all costs and
<br />,cation expenses related to or arising from the proper management
<br />1sposal of the non -conforming waste, including the cost of
<br />meat decontamination and subsequent disposal. Final invoicing

<br />mar's material or take a retain sample, in no way constitutes a
<br />r of Customer's obligation to propeely classify its materials.

<br />visible for informing Safety-Kleen of any process changes that may
