AIIWesf Enviromnenwi,Inc.
Specialists in Environmental Due
AINVest Diligence and Remedial Services
One Sutter Street,Suite 600
San Francisco,Ca 94104
Tel
February 25, 1994 Fax 4115.3911 2008
Mr. Bradd Statley
RMC Lonestar
P.O. Box 5252
Pleasanton, CA 94566
Subject: Subsurface Investigation Report
30350 South Tracy Boulevard, Tracy, California
AllWest Project 93311.23
Dear Mr. Statley:
AllWest is pleased to present the attached report which describes the subsurface investigation
program performed at the subject site. This report presents the results of the investigation and
provides our conclusions.
In summary, the investigation program detected diesel contaminants in soils at the study site.
The extent of diesel impact appears to be limited within an area about 30 square feet and to the
upper 20 feet of soil. The likelihood that diesel contaminants may have impacted the
groundwater at the subject site is negligible. However, to protect the site's groundwater,
AllWest recommends the removal of a potential groundwater contamination source by excavate
and remediate the diesel impacted soils.
AllWest also recommends to forward a copy of the attached report to the San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Division to inform the regulators of the findings.
We appreciate the opportunity of providing this service to you. If you have any questions
regarding the attached report, please call us at (415) 391-2510.
Sincerely,
AllWest Environmental, Inc.
Long Ching, P.E.
Senior Project Manager
LC/bins
encls.
