A final report shall be <br /> submitted to your department which will include the findings <br /> of this investigation. <br /> XII. DISPOSAL OF CONTAMINATED SOIL: <br /> The contaminated soil removed from the tank pit shall be <br /> stockpiled at the site on plastic sheets and covered. The <br /> soil will be spread out in the summer months to aerate and <br /> nutrients may be added if necessary to help induce the <br /> degradation of the contaminants. After the soil has degraded <br /> beyond the state's action level of 100 ppm, the soil shall be <br /> added to our aggregate base stockpile to be used for road base <br /> material . Soil analyses will be submitted to your department <br /> prior to any soil removed from this site. <br />
