Subsequent to the collection of verification soil samples, the open tank <br /> pit was backfilled with clean pea gravel to five feet below grade The pea gravel was overlaid <br /> by a fabric liner to prevent infiltration, and the pit was backfilled to grade with clean soil <br /> Excavated soils were stockpiled on site <br /> QUARTLYIQRf20992 FNL <br />
