Please allow this letter and the enclosed Public Records Release Application to <br /> request information and documents related to alleged oil or other hazardous waste contamination <br /> at this property. <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Sola own the property, and AMCO understands that the Solas have leased it for a <br /> long period of time to Thai and Lan Nguyen, doing business as C & C Auto Repair. AMCO <br /> believes that the Nguyens and/or C & C Auto Repair may be yesponsible for any alleged oil or <br /> other hazardous waste contamination at the property. As part of our investigation, we would like <br /> any and all information and documents related to the property created since January 1, 2007.
