S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> C o u N T AMENDED <br /> 6/10/2020 <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> ALCO METALS 1 1815 NAVY DR, STOCKTON June 09, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. <br /> In the non-ferrous drop off area, one black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily absorbent had a hazardous waste <br /> label that was torn. The generator name and the accumulation start date were not legible. <br /> In the non-ferrous warehouse, one black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily absorbent was missing a hazardous <br /> waste label. <br /> In the oil storage area on the ferrous side of the yard: <br /> -One black 15 gallon steel drum containing metal oil filters(non-crushed/punctured)had a hazardous waste label <br /> that was missing the accumulation start date. <br /> -Two black 55 gallon steel drums containing used oil were missing hazardous waste labels. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
