The incorrect and missing information included the following from the inspection reports: <br /> -Inspection report of 6/28/19 and 2/28/19 the DO failed to add a description to all components marked NA from <br /> section Vii through XI. <br /> -Inspection report of 6/28/19, 3/29/19, 5/29/19, and 4/29/19, did not include owner/operator signature. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required <br /> testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including <br /> all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 301 HSC 25292.1(a) UST system is not operated to prevent unauthorized release, including spills and overfills. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 87 gasoline fuel filters under the dispensers are not located to allow drips and leaks to drain <br /> back into the UDC. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The underground storage tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized <br /> releases. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide approved secondary containment for the filters under permit and <br /> inspection by the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of (pre-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in the 91 STP sump aand UDC 1/2. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br /> must be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed approximately one gallon of liquid from the 91 STP sump <br /> and UDC 1/2 .
