SECTION 14 Section 9-5309 is hereby added to Chapter 7 , Division 5 , Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code to read as follows : SECTION 9-5309 . FENCE REGULATIONS . (a) Fences are permitted, but not required, and are subject to the following height limitations : ( 1Z Three (3) feet above the road crown on corner lots for the triangular thirty-foot 30 ' area (snipe) at the road intersection; ( 2Z Three (3) feet in any other front or street sideay rd, except that a fence up to seven _(7) feet may be permitted a minimum of ten 10 feet from the property line ; ( 3) Seven ( 7) feet in any other requireday rd; (bZ The following provisions qualify or amend the fence regula- tions specified in Subsection (a) - ( 1 ) Section 9-3233 : Special fence requirements. SECTION 15 Section 9-5409 is hereby added to Chapter 5 , Division 5 , Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code to read as follows: SECTION 9-5409 . FENCE REGULATIONS .
