(c) Structures Within Required Yards. The following structures may be located within <br /> required yards, subject to the provisions specified: <br /> (4) Additions to non-conforming structures, subject to the provisions of Chapter 9- <br /> 235. <br /> SECTION 17. Section 9-605.5, Chapter 9-605, Division 6, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending subsection 9-605.5(b) and adding subsections 9- <br /> 605.5(g), (h), and (), to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-605.5 Special Use Regulations. In addition to the provisions of Sections 9-605.2 <br /> through 9-605.4, the following special regulations shall apply to the uses or use types specified <br /> below: <br /> (b) Farm Employee Housing. Up to four (4) dwellings may be allowed per parcel for Farm <br /> Employee Housing, subject to the following: <br /> (1) For each such dwelling unit,the minimum aggregate area of the parcel or parcels <br /> farmed in San Joaquin County by the owner-operator of the agricultural <br /> enterprise or his lessee shall be twenty (20) acres. This requirement may be <br /> modified by the Director for parcels used primarily for poultry farms or similar <br /> intensive agricultural activity. <br /> (2) Single-family dwellings used as farm employee housing shall be located on <br /> parcels which shall only be used for intensive agricultural uses such as dairies <br /> or poultry farms. <br /> (g) Temporary Farm Labor Housing. Permit approval shall be subject to the following <br /> minimum requirements: <br /> (1) The housing must be used in conjunction with work performed on the site or on <br /> property owned or leased by the owner; <br /> (2) The housing may not be occupied for more than eight (8) weeks per year; <br /> (3) The housing must be under permit of the Environmental Health Division. <br /> (h) Equipment Sales & Repair Farm Machinery, Sales. Permit approval shall be subject to <br /> the following requirements: <br /> (1) The use type shall only be established on an existing parcel that is five (5) acres <br /> or less; and <br /> (2) The use type shall only be established on a road designated on the General Plan <br /> as a Minor Arterial or higher classification of roadway. <br /> SECTION 18. Table 9-605.2, Chapter 9-605, Division 6, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> TA-92-13 -7- ORD NO. <br />
