At the public hearing, <br /> testimony was heard from the Farm Bureau concerning the following three issues: (1) proposal to add <br /> 'Cultural and Library Services' as a permitted use under a Williamson Act Contract; (2) proposal to add <br /> 'Educational Services, General' to area exceptions in agricultural areas; and (3) the requirement for <br /> Improvement Plans for produce stands, Christmas tree sales, and Pumpkin sales.
