SECTION 21 The section adds 'Educational Services, General' to the area exceptions for <br /> specific uses in agricultural zones to keep the land not needed for this use in an <br /> agricultural use. <br /> SECTION 22 This section adds the provision for nonconforming buildings as stated in Section <br /> 5. <br /> SECTION 23 This section changes the permitting requirements for special purpose uses to <br /> reflect the permitting change made in Section 6. This section also adds the <br /> permitting requirements for uses that could reasonably be allowed in agricultural <br /> zones. <br /> SECTION 24 This section changes the table for temporary uses in special purpose zones to <br /> reflect the permitting change made in Section 6. At the public hearing, <br /> testimony was heard from the Farm Bureau concerning the following three issues: (1) proposal to add <br /> 'Cultural and Library Services' as a permitted use under a Williamson Act Contract; (2) proposal to add <br /> 'Educational Services, General' to area exceptions in agricultural areas; and (3) the requirement for <br /> Improvement Plans for produce stands, Christmas tree sales, and Pumpkin sales.
