Section 9-235.7, Chapter 9-235, Division 2, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by adding subsection 9-235.7(a)(7) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-235.7 Non-Conforming Structure, A Non-conforming development shall be subject to <br /> the provisions of this Section. <br /> (a) Continuation. Any non-conforming structure may be continued as long as it remains <br /> otherwise lawful, subject to the following provisions: <br /> M Such structure may be added to or enlarged within the yard setback area <br /> provided such additions do not increase such nonconformity and provided the <br /> expansion does not increase the linear measurement of the portion of the <br /> building within the setback area by more than 100 percent. Expansions greater <br /> than 100 percent require an approved Site Approval. <br /> SECTION 6.
