Note: See attached tables. <br /> SECTION 15. Section 9-505.5, Chapter 9-505, Division 5, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code is hereby amended by amending subsections 9-505.5(e) and 9-505.5(i) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-505.5 Special Use Regulations in Truck Terminal Zone. In addition to the provisions <br /> of Section 9-505.2 through 9-505.4, the following regulations shall apply to truck terminals: <br /> (e) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line <br /> GGFRIDOat OR P1616 WO (5) f a minimum of sixty-five (65) feet. <br /> SECTION 16. Section 9-510.5, Chapter 9-510, Division 5, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by adding subsection 9-510.5(c)(4) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-510.5 Yard Dimensions. Yards on lots within the Industrial Zones shall have the <br /> minimum dimensions set forth in Table 9-510.3, except as modified below: <br /> (c) Structures Within Required Yards. The following structures may be located within <br /> required yards, subject to the provisions specified: <br /> J41 Additions to non-conforming structures subject to the provisions of Chapter 9- <br /> 235. <br /> SECTION 17. Section 9-605.5, Chapter 9-605, Division 6, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending subsection 9-605.5(b) and adding subsections 9- <br /> 605.5(g), (h), and (i), to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-605.5 Special Use Regulations. In addition to the provisions of Sections 9-605.2 <br /> through 9-605.4, the following special regulations shall apply to the uses or use types specified <br /> below: <br /> (b) Farm Employee Housing. Up to four (4) dwellings may be allowed per parcel for Farm <br /> Employee Housing, subject to the following: <br /> Meaty (20) acFee- <br /> (24u For each such dwelling unit, the minimum aggregate area of the parcel or parcels <br /> farmed in San Joaquin County by the owner-operator of the agricultural <br /> enterprise or his lessee shall be twenty (20) acres. This requirement may be <br /> modified by the Director for parcels used primarily for poultry farms or similar <br /> intensive agricultural activity. <br /> ��(2) Single-family dwellings used as farm employee housing shall be located on <br /> parcels which shall only be used for intensive agricultural uses such as dairies <br /> or poultry farms. <br /> —16— <br />
