Section 9-710.5, Chapter 9-710, Division 7, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by adding subsection 9-710.5(c)(4) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-710.5 Yard Dimensions. Yards on lots within the Special Purpose Zones shall have the <br /> minimum dimensions set forth in Table 9-710.3, except as modified below: <br /> (c) Structures Within Required Yards. The following structures may be located in or extend <br /> within required yards, subject to the provisions specified: <br /> u Additions to non-conforming structures subject to the provisions of Chapter 9- <br /> 235. <br /> SECTION 26. Section 9-884.2, Chapter 9-884, Division 8, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-884.2 Improvement Plan Requirements. <br /> germ applisatkg*, Improvement plans shall be prepared by a registered civil engineer, unless <br /> waived by the Director. Off-site and on-site improvements required by the County Development <br /> standards and conditions of approval for the application shall be incorporated into the <br /> improvement plans. The plans shall be reviewed and approved by the Community Development <br /> Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. A fee as specified in Chapter 9-240 shall <br /> be required. <br /> SECTION 27. Section 9-905.2, Chapter 9-905, Division 9, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-905.2 Required Mapping. All subdivisions in San Joaquin County shall be filed as <br /> either a final map or parcel map. All Major Subdivisions shall be filed for <br /> recordation as a final map. All Minor Subdivisions shall be filed as a parcel map or a final map. <br /> SECTION 28. Section 9-905.4, Chapter 9-905, Division 9, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-905.4 Lot Corners. All lot corners shall be marked with iron pipe not less than three- <br /> quarters (3/4) of an inch ifl inside diameter and twenty-four (24) inches long, or marked by other <br /> monuments or reference crosses as approved by the County Surveyor. <br /> SECTION 29. Section 9-905.5, Chapter 9-905, Division 9, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending subsection 9-905.5(a) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-905.5 Centerline Monuments.
