Section 9-1020.4 Requirements for Parking Areas. The following requirements shall apply to all <br /> open, off-street parking areas and off-street loading areas, including non-residential driveways: <br /> (e) Unless otherwise specified, parking areas abutting a residential zone, an area shown on <br /> the General Plan for residential use or an existing residential use, shall be screened with <br /> a solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height along the abutting property line, <br /> and a five (5) foot planting strip shall be installed adjacent to the wall and the parking <br /> area. <br /> SECTION 55. Chapter 9-1150, Division 11, Title 9, of the Ordinance Code is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-1150.12 Roadway Alignments. <br /> (d) Intersection Offsets. Streets located on opposite sides of an intersecting street shall have <br /> their center lines directly opposite each other; otherwise, the centerlines shall be <br /> separated by not less than that specified in the San Joaquin <br /> County Improvement Standards. In all cases the improvements shall be aligned to the <br /> satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. <br /> Section 9-1150.13 Cul-de-Sac Streets. Cul-de-sac streets may be allowed as follows: <br /> (a) Maximum Length. Cul-de-sac streets shall not exceed six hundred and sixty (660) feet <br /> from the center line of the intersecting street to the center of the turnaround except where <br /> existing Physical conditions make such limitations of length impractical. In agricultural <br /> zoning districts, where the maximum length shall not exceed one-half mile. In no case <br /> shall more than twenty (20) dwelling units be served by a cul-de-sac street. <br /> (b) Turnaround. Cul-de-sac streets shall be terminated by an improved turnaround having <br /> a right-of-way radius of fifty (50) feet County Improvement Standards, except where <br /> existing physical conditions make such limitation of radius impractical. <br /> SECTION 56. Section 9-1505.3, Chapter 9-1505, Division 15, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-1505.3 Removal Requirements. The removal of a native oak tree, heritage oak tree, <br /> or historical tree shall require a Tree Management Permit, as specified in Chapter 9-896 of this <br /> title, and shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter, unless exempted by Sections 9-1505.9 <br /> or 1505.10. <br /> SECTION 57. Section 9-1810.3, Chapter 9-1810, Division 18, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending subsection 9-1810.3(b)(7) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-1810.3 Terms of Contract. <br /> (b) Uses. Property under contract shall be limited to those uses specified herein. <br /> —28— <br />
