You will find <br /> r11 circled in red. <br /> The nearest zoning charge to me is the property directly <br /> behind me . This is the abandoned Railroad prenerty. The <br /> zoning change proposed is to chan;:etthis to Comercial Nei>h- <br /> bor^cod (C .:-. ) . As long as this means single famil.1 homey <br /> or a store , or some other small comercial b,.:siness, I. have <br /> no objections,. Ido have a concern that this C . zone will <br /> allow an apartment to be built on this pro_ert�T. I strongly <br /> object tc this type useage . <br /> My second' cordern is the property on the map listed as pro- <br /> perty #8. First, because of the crude map sent with tris <br /> proposal, it is not clear if this actually means property #8 <br /> (3303 Franklin) or property #9 (7531 Franklin) . This prop- <br /> erty has a run down house on it. I would realy be upset <br /> if the intent here would be to use this property for more <br /> apartments. <br /> The apartment at 3303 Franklin _gas been a law enforcement <br /> problem for about the last eight years. The problems inc- <br /> lude drug dealings and numerous drive by shoctings. For <br /> this reason I feel any zoning change that would allow f'-,r- <br /> ther development at this location would be inapnroprite. <br />
