D r~.
OCT
COURUNIr 81992
PLAIVN//G t`ur-lvltr y l
October 6, 1992 DlllsljN 04PT
Mr. Chet Davisson, Director
San Joaquin County Community Development Dept.
1810 E. Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205-6232
Re: Proposed Rezoning Application #GP-92-10/ZR-92-12
Mr. Chet Davisson:
We, the undersigned, are property owners located in the area
recommended for change as referenced above and are not in favor of
the proposed change. A majority of homeowners in the area are
elderly and the proposed change could create a hardship on them.
Requiring a change in the use of the property would be extremely
difficult for elderly residence to adapt too. Because the property
has previously been agricultural, many of the residence have
equipment and animals that would no longer be possible under the
new proposed zoning. This type of proposed change would be
difficult in light of the age and the length of time we, the
undersigned, have resided in the area.
Because of the above, we respectfully request that the
proposed amendment and zone application be withdrawn and the area
be allowed to remain agricultural-urban.
Thank you for your consideration on this matter.
Sincerely,
71
r!`
i
Le
