I. <br /> CHRONOLOGY <br /> Tracy Airport <br /> 29633 Tracy Boulevard <br /> Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> 12/14/98 Two 10,000 gallon underground storage tanks (UST's) used to store <br /> aviation gas were removed from this -site on this date under San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (EHD) permit and inspection. <br /> Soil samples for laboratory analysis were collected from beneath the <br /> UST's, the dispensers.and the piping lines. <br /> 12/23/98 The laboratory analytical report was submitted this date. The samples from <br /> beneath the UST's at 14 feet were non-detect for contaminants. There <br /> were low levels of contaminants°in some of the samples collected beneath <br /> the piping at 2 feet. <br /> 01/08/99 An Unauthorized Release Report #99-U06 and a Notification of Hazardous <br /> Waste Discharge (Prop 65) were filed this date. <br /> 02/09/99 A Notice of Responsibility was sent this date to the property owner and <br /> responsible party., the City of Tracy. <br /> 12/10/07 A Work Plan was submitted this date'by Wright Environmental Services, <br /> Inc'(Wright) to begin'the site investigation. <br /> 10/28/08 The site investigation was conducted this date; Geoprobe soil borings were <br /> installed along the piping line and in the former tank pit area. See Wright's <br /> "Report for Limited Phase 11.. Environmental Site Assessment" dated <br /> November 26, 2008. Laboratory' analytical results reported low <br /> concentrations of total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel in six of the <br /> eleven analyzed soil samples, but all passed the San Francisco Bay <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board Environmental Screening Levels. <br /> The Report recommended site closure. <br /> I <br /> F <br />
