(ss) When total excavated material exceeds 20 , 000 cubic yards, <br /> the proposed haul route shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval. The first one- <br /> hundred (100) feet of the access road from the public <br /> road shall consist of an all-weather surface. A video <br /> tape of road conditions on the haul route shall be <br /> submitted to Public Works prior to the start of <br /> excavation. A bond or cash deposit in the amount <br /> acceptable to Public Works shall be filed with the <br /> Department with a ctuarantee to restore those roads and <br /> bridges. <br /> (t Projects which include any work within a watercourse must <br /> obtain a Watercourse Encroachment Permit from the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> (uu) No fill shall be placed within the floodway of any <br /> watercourse. <br /> v The excavation limits shall be setback a minimum of 200 ' <br /> from nroperty lines. <br /> Section 6 . This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> thirty (30) days after its adoption, , and prior to the expiration <br /> of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be published <br /> once (1) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, with <br /> the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and <br /> against the same. <br /> -10- <br />
