The public-notice is to be published on Wednesday,August <br /> 7, 1991, in the Lodi News Sentinel. The 30 day public comment period will end on September 7, 1991. <br /> If no comments are received, work can be scheduled at the above site. Please give 48 hours notice to this <br /> department before any work begins. <br /> Prior to re-excavationthe following items are to be addressed as an addendum to the work plan (letter <br /> form). This should be submitted before the end of the public comment period so that work at the site will <br /> not be delayed. <br /> 1. San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control`District (APCD) no longer allows uncontrolled <br /> aeration of any soils containing TPH as gasoline at a concentration greater than 50 parts <br /> per million (ppm). Provide an alternate method of soil treatment/disposal should aeration <br /> prove'not to be feasible. <br /> 2.
