The tank located at 20913 E. Highway <br /> 12, locally referred to as the Rozzoni property was used to the best of my'knowledge prior <br /> to July 1989 to support farming activities. Row'and field amps have been cultivated for <br /> many years on th`e 50 acre site, wzth annual'production far in excess of°$1,000. <br /> We have no record of the tank size and have assumed it to be 2000 gallons until we can <br /> verify size at excavation. <br /> We understand that fees will be based on the agricultural usage of the tank prior to July <br /> 1989 and if the!!tank is found to be less than 1100 gallons, fees may be adjusted <br /> downward. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Robert H.
