A safe perimeter has been established at <br /> 50 feet from '. the work area or as marked by barricades in the <br /> field. <br /> The prevailing wind conditions are southerly. <br /> Control boundaries have been established, and the Exclusion Zone <br /> (the tank hole and the' contaminated soils pile) , have been <br /> identified and designated as follows: Tank hole is horizontal <br /> limit of excavation, contaminated soil are marked with barricades <br /> and flagging. . <br /> E.
