All personnel arriving or departing site should log in and out <br /> with the Recordkeeper . All activities on site must be cleared <br /> through the Project Foreman. <br /> D. ON-SITE CONTROL <br /> Project Foreman has been designated to coordinate access control <br /> and security on site. A safe perimeter has been established at <br /> 50 feet from '. the work area or as marked by barricades in the <br /> field. <br /> The prevailing wind conditions are southerly. <br /> Control boundaries have been established, and the Exclusion Zone <br /> (the tank hole and the' contaminated soils pile) , have been <br /> identified and designated as follows: Tank hole is horizontal <br /> limit of excavation, contaminated soil are marked with barricades <br /> and flagging. . <br /> E. HAZARD EVALUATION <br /> The following substance( s) are known or , suspected to be on site. <br /> The primary hazards of each are identified. <br /> Substances Involved Concentration ( if known) Primary Hazards <br /> Gasoline 140ppm TPH gasoline Skin contact, <br /> 18ppm Zylene eye contact, <br /> igestion and <br /> inhalation in- <br /> gestion <br /> The following, ,additional hazards are expected on site: Slippery <br /> ground, uneven terrain, fire, dust, underground utility lines. <br /> Hazardous substance information form(s) for the involved <br /> substance(s ) have been completed and are attached for gasoline. <br /> F.
