B Construction, Inc for the former Donna Gardner Property, located at 26056/26080 North Thornton Road m Thornton The site location is shown on Figure 1 10 POTENTIOMETRIC SURFACE The depth to water in each monitoring well was measured on January 13, 2005 between 15 44 and 15 57 hours Depths to water were measured to+/- 0 01 feet using a Soh nst Model water level meter The depths to water were converted to potentiometrnc surface elevation by subtracting the measured depths to water from the casing top elevations reported in the September 29, 2003 groundwater monitoring report subnutted by Environmental Restoration Services The depth to water, casing top elevations, and potentnometric surface elevations are presented in Table 1 All available previous water level measurements are also summarized in Attachment C Table 2 lists the slope (gradient) and direction of gradient of the potentiometric surface for the triangles with a well at each apex for these water level measurements Figure 2 is a map showing the approximate potentiometnc surface for the six monitoring wells on January 13, 2005 The potentnometnc surface was domed centering in the vicinity of momtonng wells MW-3 and MW-4 (Figure 2) 2 0 MONITORING WELL PURGING AND SAMPLING Monitoring well purging and sampling occurred on January 13, 2005 for the Fust Quarter 2005 event Only two of the wells are monitored MW-3 and MW4 P O Box 2165 ■ Livermore California 94551-2165 ■ (925) 373-9211 FA- Z.Z
