ATTACHMENT B <br /> PLANNING TITLE TEXT AMENDMENT <br /> PROPOSED TEXT: <br /> Section 9-5004 AREA REGULATIONS. <br /> (a ) The minimum net lot area shall be as follows : <br /> ( 1 ) Forty-four thousand ( 44 , 000 ) souare feet and shall be <br /> designated as rural residential 44 ( RR-44 ) ; <br /> ( 2 ) Sixty -five thousand ( 65 , 000 ) square feet and shall be <br /> designated as rural residential 65 (RR-65 ) ; <br /> ( 3 ) One hundred thousand (100,000) square feet and shall <br /> be designated as rural residential 100 ( RR-100 ) ; <br /> ( 4 ) Two hundred thousand ( 200 , 000 ) square feet and shall <br /> be designated as rural residential 200 ( RR-200 ) ; <br /> Section 9-5005.. WIDTH REGULATIONS <br /> (a ) The minimum lot width shall be as follows : <br /> ( 1 ) In the RR-44 zone , the minimum lot width shall be one <br /> hundred twenty-f i.v- f 1 ?, f <br /> ( 2 ) In the RR-65 zone , the minimum lot width shall be one <br /> hundred fifty ( 150 ) feet ; <br /> ( 3 ) In the RR-100 zone , the minimum lot width shall be two <br /> hundred ( 200 ) feet ; <br /> ( 4 ) In the RR-200 zone , the minimum lot width shall be <br /> three hundred ( 300 ) feet ; <br /> Section 9-5012 GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> ( a ) . . . In the RR-44 and RR-65 zones , such vehicles , <br /> ecuipment, materials , or similar items shall be screened <br /> LrCm V1eW from the public right-of-way and the front half <br /> of adjoining lots by a solid board fence not less than six <br /> ( 6 ) feet in height when stored on any other portion of the <br /> lot. <br /> (d) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9-10001(b) , no application <br /> for Zone Reclassification shall be deemed complete without the <br /> submittal of a septic suitability study as provided in Section <br /> 9-10100(c)'. <br />
