ORDINANCE NO. 3546 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN RELATIVE TO SECTIONS 9-5004 , 9-5005 AND 9-5012 , CONCERNING MINIMUM LOT AREA, WIDTH, AND ZONING FOR RURAL RESI- DENTIAL ZONES . THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN , STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS : SECTION 1 . Section 9-5004 , Chapter 1 , Division 5 , Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending Subsection ( a) to read as follows : ( a) The minimum net . lot area shall be as follows : ( 1 ) Forty-four thousand ( 44 , 000 ) square feet , and shall be designated as rural residential 44 (RR-44 ) ; ( 2) Sixty-five thousand ( 65 , 000 ) square feet , and shall be designated as rural residential 65 (RR-65 ) ; ( 3 ) One hundred thousand ( 100 ,000 ) square feet , and shall be designated as rural residential 100 (RR-100 ) ; ( 4 ) Two hundred thousand ( 200 ,000 ) square feet , and shall be designated as rural residential 200 (RR-200 ) ; SECTION 2 . Section 9-5005 , Chapter 1 , Division 5 , Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending Subsection (a) to read as follows : (a ) The minimum lot width shall be as follows : ( 1) In the RR-44 zone , the minimum lot width shall be one hundred twenty-five ( 125 ) feet ; ( 2) In the RR-65 zone , the minimum lot width shall be one hundred fifty ( 150 ) feet ; ( 3 ) In the RR-100 zone , the minimum lot width shall be two hundred ( 200) feet; ( 4 ) In the RR-200 zone , the minimum lot width shall be three hundred ( 300 ) feet ; SECTION 3 . Section 9-5012 , Chapter 1 , Division 5 , Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending Subsection (a) and by adding Subsection (d ) to read as follows : TA-89-16 -1- ORD. 3546
