With a They75ptorl00 yardsrofasoil <br /> (TPH) concentration well below 1,Ooo mg/kg. {300 mg/kg rdm Of <br /> at <br /> with a previously reported TPH concentration above 1, <br /> the AT&T facility. <br /> On October 14, 1987, after 325 cubic yards of soil was transported to the <br /> landfill, the soil remaining on the site was transferred and contained in <br /> new plastic sheeting to prevent uncontrolled aeration or contact with the <br /> -ground surface. As a result of this procedure, mixing of the contaminated <br /> soil occurred. ' <br /> On October 16, 1987, five brass tube soil samples were collected from the <br /> pile of remaining soil. A plan view showing the sample locations has been <br /> tubes were collected <br /> provided in Attachment A.
