5.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> After four quarters of monitoring, all groundwater samples analyzed have been found to <br /> be nondetectable for TEH-diesel and kerosene. Recent sampling indicates that <br /> concentrations of earlier detected volatile organic compounds (VOC's) are low in the <br /> VOC's were detected in the soil there is a strong possibility <br /> vicinity of the site. Since no <br /> that the VOC's in the ground water originated off-site. Detectable VOC's in only the up <br /> gradient well this quarter supports the conclusion that these hydrocarbons originated off-site <br /> and up-gradient. AT&T has <br /> completed a full year of quarterly ground-water monitoring.
