Together, they <br /> whish will apply <br /> comprise the Site Safety and health Plan (HASP) . This Health & <br /> considered only wi <br /> h an <br /> SSafety Plan will be ite-Specific Health andSafety Information for each sitesociated <br /> The purpose of this safety plan is to protect individuals, those <br /> working at the site, visitors, and the surrounding populace, and <br /> the environment during on site sampling and site characterization <br /> activities at petroleum contamination sites. This plan includes <br /> preventive and protective measures against health hazards, fire and <br /> explosion hazards, and mechanical hazards which may exist or occur <br /> during field activities. <br /> 1.2 SITE INFORMATION: <br /> The General Information section of each Site-Specific Health and <br /> Safety Plan will provide the following information: <br /> 1. Name and Location of the site; the Plan, and Date of <br /> 2. Name of Individual Preparing <br /> Preparation; <br /> 3. Brief Site History; <br /> 4. Investigative Objective; <br /> 5. Proposed Dates of Investigation, and; <br /> 6. Assessment of overall Worker and Public Health Hazards. <br /> 1.3 REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: <br /> occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards 29 <br /> Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1910 and 1926 apply to work under <br /> this site--specific HASP. <br /> are contained in Code of Federal <br /> Additional requirements <br /> Regulations title 40, Protection of the Environment. <br />
