e <br /> 1.0 IN,rRODUCTION <br /> The San Joaquin County Public Health Department, Environmental Health Division <br /> (County) requested AT&T Communications (AT&T) to perform a site investigation at the <br /> AT&T Microwave Station located at 110 West Turner Road (site), Lodi, California (See <br /> Figure 1 - Location Map). The request was made by authority of the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board) Pilot Program for oversight of <br /> assessment and clean-up activities at contaminated underground sites. <br /> 1.1 Background <br /> On October 29 to 31, 1990, ESE drilled and installed three monitoring wells and two soil <br /> borings on site (see Figure 2 - Site Plan). Ground water was measured, sampled and <br /> analyzed at that time and later on March 6, 1991. For a discussion of those findings please <br /> reference the site assessment issued on January 15, 1991 and the "Documentation of <br /> _,. February, 1991 Ground-Water Sampling" issued on March 8, 1991 by ESE to the County. <br /> 1 <br />
