ESE collected ground water samples from wells MW-1 through MW-4 on May 28, 1992 <br /> The wells were purged of eight well-casing volumes using an electric submersible pump <br /> tWater quality was monitored during purging as shown on the ground water sampling data <br /> forms (Appendix Q. The electric submersible pump was cleaned between uses with an <br /> Alconox® and tap water solution Ground water samples were collected by lowering a new <br /> disposable polyethylene bailer into each well using new nylon cord. The ground water from <br /> ' each bailer was then decanted from the bailer into laboratory supplied 40-milliliter vials <br /> preserved with hydrochloric acid and amber liter bottles. After collection, samples were <br /> immediately labeled and placed on ice and under chain of custody documentation, along <br /> with a laboratory supplied trip blank (consisting of deionized water) for transport to C&T <br /> Well purge water and equipment rinse water was contained in DOT approved 55-gallon <br />' drums, and is being stored on site pending analysis. <br /> F\ \5925009\ADDSASSF-RPT 7 <br />
